Aborda tamb\u00e9m as lutas pela soberania digital, a crescente hegemonia cultural no espa\u00e7o digital e a intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre as tecnologias digitais e as emo\u00e7\u00f5es humanas. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fundamentalmente, em \u201cSoberanias digitais\u201d, questionamos se as tecnologias ir\u00e3o aprofundar as desigualdades globais, criando e perpetuando novas formas de subordina\u00e7\u00e3o digital, ou se ir\u00e3o abrir espa\u00e7os para a a\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva, a solidariedade e a justi\u00e7a
