SOCIAL STRATEGY_________________

Alameda’s social strategy fosters connections between intellectual production and social struggle.

It generates opportunities for research carried out within our network to be discussed with organisers, activists, and policy-makers. And it produces insights that can guide future research and publishing.

OUTREACHactivities

Alameda coordinates outreach activities aimed at building on research produced in our network, as well as other relevant work. Workshops, study groups, and seminars also provide an opportunity to consolidate our network, strengthening ties between its members.

POLITICAL DIALOGUES

Alameda promotes dialogues between researchers and political organisations of different types. Focused on critical issues for contemporary political practice, these dialogues provide a basis for the establishment of future research priorities.

Mentorship

Alameda’s mentorship programme is aimed at supporting the development of a new generation of politically-engaged intellectuals. We connect young researchers on the periphery to more experienced members of our network, providing them with resources to participate in Alameda research projects, and thus creating an affiliate pathway.
