Will Stronge is co-director of Autonomy, an independent research organisation that leads on issues relating to the future of work, welfare and climate. He holds a PhD in politics and philosophy and is the co-author of Overtime (2021) and Post-Work (2024). His current role has led him to collaborate with national and subnational governments, trade unions and leading private sector actors on envisioning and piloting new policies in a wide variety of contexts.
