Camila Braga

PhD in Political Science from the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil, where she continues as a postdoctoral researcher at the Office of the Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation (PRPI). She served as a collaborating lecturer at the Institute of International Relations (IRI-USP) between 2021 and 2022. She is a founding member and coordinator of the Centro de Estudos em Conflitos e Paz (CCP), part of the Núcleo de Pesquisa em Relações Internacionais (NUPRI) at USP. She has also been a Global Fellow at the Center for Human Rights and Humanitarian Studies (CHRHS) at Brown University, Providence, since 2016, and a senior researcher at the Centre for Advanced Latin American Studies (CALAS) at the University of Costa Rica (UCR) from 2019 to 2023. During the pandemic, she conceived and began coordinating, alongside other researchers, the project “Peripheries in the Pandemic”, in partnership with the Perseu Abramo Foundation.
