Miguel Lago is a Brazilian political scientist, who focuses on the intersection of democracy, technology, and health. He is the author of numerous op-eds, essays, scientific papers, and books on these themes. He has taught at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, Sciences Po Paris, and Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health. Outside academia, he leads the Institute for Health Policy Studies, and he previously co-founded and directed Meu Rio and NOSSAS, working with activists and social movements.y.
