Natsayi Sithole is Chair of Alameda Institute’s Advisory Council. She brings over decade of experience and leadership in the UK social impact sector, expertise in systems change, philanthropy, strategy, cross-sector partnerships, and organisational transformation. She is currently Chief Executive of Renaisi Innovation a UK-based think and do tank focussed on place-based transformation Previously, she held senior roles at Save the Children UK and is a Board Trustee of the education charity The Difference. She is also a coach, Deep Democracy facilitator and has been an organiser in intersectional feminist collectives taking direct action and campaigning against state and gender-based violence. Her politics are shaped by her personal background suffused in both the intellectual output and lived realities of decolonial and pan Africanist liberation struggles.
